A natural simple sugar that is almost as sweet as classic sugar but with 60-70% fewer calories and very low GI of 3, making it Keto friendly and diabetic friendly sugar. Tagatose is partially digested and partly fermented in the gut offering additional digestive benefits. Additionally tagatose contributes actively in mineralising teeth making it a tooth friendly sugar. Non GMO.

Mannose

A naturally occurring simple sugar found in fruits such as cranberries and apples. Mannose is mostly unabsorbed by the body and so has minimal impact on blood sugar levels and insulin, and has a low GI making it a Keto-friendly sugar.

Mannose has a positive effect on gut microbiome but increasing the ratio of good bacteria vs bad bacteria. Non-GMO.

Trehalose

A naturally occurring sugar found in mushrooms and certain plants. With about 50% of the sweetness of sugar and a GI of 38, it’s used in RELEEESE products as a Keto Friendly and Diabetic friendly sugar.

Because it is broken down gradually, trehalose provides a more stable blood sugar response compared to regular sugar. Trehalose is often used in products for promoting fat burning and . Non-GMO.

Ribose

A naturally occurring sugar present in every cell of the body. Ribose plays a central role in the production of building DNA and ATP, the body’s core energy molecule.

Unlike traditional sugars, ribose is not used to spike blood glucose levels. Instead, it supports natural cellular energy production, making it aligned with metabolic health and energy efficiency. Non-GMO.

A naturally occurring sugar found in dairy, adding a gentle sweetness to RELEEESE products. Even though galactose is derived from lactose, the sugar extraction process means it is easily digestible for people with a lactose intolerance.

With a Low GI of 21, galactose does not spike blood sugar levels and is absorbed slowly by the body. Galactose is processed in the body without using Insulin and burns energy whilst processing, making it Keto Friendly and diabetic friendly. NON GMO

Isomaltulose

A naturally derived sugar from sugar beet, Isomaltulose has a low glycaemic index of 32 and is metabolised far slower compared to classic sugar making it a keto friendly and diabetic friendly sugar. Isomaltulose actively contributes to the mineralisation of teeth making it a too friendly sugar.

This slow digestion results in a steady release of energy into the bloodstream, helping to avoid sharp blood sugar spikes and crashes. It supports sustained energy and metabolic stability. Non-GMO.

Allulose/Psicose (US&UAE only)

A rare sugar naturally found in small amounts in figs and raisins. Allulose tastes and functions like sugar but has almost no calories and a GI of 1, making it a Keto friendly and diabetic friendly sugar. No sugar spikes, no insulin spikes.

Allulose is processed by the small intestine which means it bypasses the carbohydrate metabolism, so you get the sweetness of sugar with 95% less calories. Non-GMO.
