The Releese chocolate range is the world's first to combine Tagatose and Galactose in a patented sugar mixture, EU Patent No. EP2590514B1. These are naturally derived, lower glycaemic sugars, found in plants, fruit and dairy, formulated by Intelligent Sugar Expert Dr Coy.

70% minimum cocoa solids. D-Tagatose (13%), D-Galactose (9%), cocoa butter, soluble fibre (corn), plant extract blend (1%) (Sour Cherry, Blackcurrant, Elderberry, Blueberry, Aronia, Green Tea, Grape seed), emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, Vitamin E (Natural Tocotrienol/Tocopherol Complex), natural bourbon vanilla flavour. May contain: Traces of nuts, milk and soya.
